These supplemental Terms of Use ("these Terms") apply to your use of Rydr and its paid features, Rydr Pro ("the App"), provided by FilmPix Studios Limited ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Ireland.
The App is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which is the binding licence agreement between you and us. These Terms sit alongside that EULA and add app-specific guidance — particularly around subscriptions, acceptable use, and rider safety. Where these Terms and Apple's Standard EULA overlap, the Apple Standard EULA governs the licence itself.
By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on any Apple-branded device you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or create derivative works from the App except as permitted by law.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to use Rydr, in line with the digital age of consent under Irish law. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may delete your account at any time from within the App.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Rydr offers an optional auto-renewable subscription, Rydr Pro, which unlocks additional features such as unlimited routes and live position broadcasting during rides. The following terms apply to all auto-renewable subscriptions:
- Price and duration of the subscription, including the available billing periods, are presented to you in the App at the point of purchase, before you confirm.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-renewal: the subscription automatically renews for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Managing or cancelling: you can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your device Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Free trials (if offered): any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
- Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. We cannot directly issue refunds for purchases made through the App Store.
Subscriptions are sold through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms in addition to these Terms.
4. Acceptable use
When using social, community, route-sharing, and group-ride features, you agree not to:
- Post or share content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, defamatory, or infringes the rights of others;
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation;
- Use the App to track, stalk, or harass any other rider;
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data;
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable road, traffic, or safety laws.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these terms.
5. Riding & safety disclaimer
Rydr is a companion tool, not a substitute for safe riding practices, attention to the road, or compliance with the law. Do not interact with the App while operating a vehicle. Configure routes, group rides, and settings before you set off, or while safely stopped.
Navigation, live location, rider-status, distance, speed, lean-angle, and any awareness or alerting features are provided on a best-effort basis and may be inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable due to GPS, sensor, network, or device limitations. You must not rely on the App for emergency assistance. In an emergency, always contact local emergency services directly. You are solely responsible for your own safety and for riding within your ability and the law.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create or upload (such as posts, photos, routes, and profile information). By sharing content through the App, you grant us a limited licence to host, store, and display that content as necessary to operate the relevant features. You are responsible for the content you share and for ensuring you have the right to share it.
7. Intellectual property
The App, its design, branding, and underlying software are owned by FilmPix Studios Limited and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the App to you.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FilmPix Studios Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Termination
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability) will continue to apply.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of Ireland will have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence.
